School Portraits
I am happy to be providing your child's school portraits on 3/26 and 3/27. These portraits will be taken outside. Therefore, dates are dependent on weather forecast. If forecast includes rain, dates will need to be rescheduled. Please check with the school office if you are unsure which day your child will be photographed. This page is designed to give you some helpful information to make your school photo experience easy and convenient.
What should my child wear?
Wear your favorite Spring clothing! Soft pastels and neutral tones create a timeless, airy, and fresh look. Stick to subtle, small-scale patterns and avoid large, loud, or branded logos, which can be distracting. Most of all, let your child wear something they feel comfortable and confident in.
When can I expect to see my photos?
Your child's photo proofs will be delivered to the school and you may choose the package that works best for your family. You are not required to place an order. Please include check or cash in the order envelope provided, seal the envelope, and return your completed order form in your child's school folder. All images will be professionally printed and returned to the school in 4-6 weeks. The school will notify parents when proofs and picture orders are being sent home so you may check your child's school folder.

Packages and Payment Options
These are the print packages available. You may select one pose per package. You may also create your own package by choosing from options E - J. Your child's images will be shown as larger thumbnails below this information. You may detach this portion of the form and save it for your records.
You may pay with cash, check or Venmo. My Venmo code is visible on the bottom right hand corner. If paying with Venmo, please put "School Portraits and Child's Name" in the payment description.
Filling out the Order Form
Here is an example of the order form. This part detaches. You may add your payment to the envelope, seal it and return it in your child's folder.
Please include your Name, Phone Number and Email Address. A working email address is mandatory for digital download orders.
Packages come with one pose per package. If you would like to order a different package of the same pose, you may indicate that using the second and third columns.
